Overcrowded / Overbooked. Amenities not as described (no private bathroom and limited parking). A lot of people come and go into the house (employees?). It is difficult to reach the owner upon arrival and receive instructions but once all settled in, the house is comfortable and the owner a fun person to discuss with.

If you book though a third party, I cannot control your expectation. If you were to book directly this could have been discussed. I can be a busy place which is positive for most people and once again, checking prior to registering would have made a much better experience for you. Sorry

Emplacement : Visite du désert canadien, vignoble , plage, vélo.
Avons été bien reçu par notre hôte. La chambre était propre, le déjeuner était excellent. Fruits frais, oeufs benedictines, céréale etc servit avec attention. Notre hôte nous conseillait bien sur les choses à faire dans les environs. A conseiller

The proprietor took a serious interest in our comfort and pleasure. He was knowledgeable about the local wineries and provided us with good background information.

Should I go on, you charge 175dollars per night for a B&B i found later that i could have all the facilities at another hotel go 40 dollars less per night. Your cancellation policy date was before the actual date of booking?

Sorry you were disappointed, I wasn't here but from all reports the services you got were over and above such as a supper, using laundry facilities, and was told cordial conversations. My philosophy is, if you want a room, go to a hotel, if you want an experience, you go to a b and b. You had your own private washroom and the use of the entire house and yard.

A B&B with a pool is a bonus! The fruit trees and landscaping were beautiful Breakfast was lovely and the location fantastic. One block from the lake!

Thank you Dave for making our first B&B memorable. Dave was very accommodating with food allergies and his gluten/dairy free breakfasts were amazing! The rooms are well decorated and comfortable. Dave is very knowledgeable of the local wineries and is a great resource for tourism.

Lovely home with wonderful breakfast made and served by David. Beautiful backyard with pool and lounging chairs. Our room was gorgeous and very comfortable. Won’t hesitate to stay again.

Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Lovely back yard with salt water pool. Breakfasts were fabulous. Host friendly and helpful. Well located.
