Spring Break!
We all had a blast staying here, the house was perfect for us and we loved the jacuzzi. We met the hot tub guy and thought he was the coolest person ever, very friendly and entertaining. Thank you again for an awesome stay!!

Hi, The house on the inside was good and clean although the master bed had a broken left rail so I just got some blocks from outside the house and fixed it or our stay and reported it to property maintenance guy as he was out to fix the air conditioner.The pool and the grill area wasn't the cleanest but we cleaned it up and had a great time. Not far from SR41 but we didn't hear much of the traffic which was good as that is a very busy highway.LK

Christmas Family Reunion
This is an older property so the rooms are spacious. The house suited our needs. Everything is on one level. Great for our toddler and our grandmother with her walker. The small pool was fun for our little guy and we really appreciated the net barrier to dissuade him from jumping in the pool at other times. We had some minor issues and the management company was very responsive even though it was Christmas. The house was super clean, the kitchen was set up for basic meals for a large group. Beds were comfortable but the bunk bed is definitely meant for kids. A few upgrades will make this property excellent.

Host let some stranger in to fix the pool heater without my consent and the guy saw me nude and started at me and started yelling at me when I asked who he was. Should’ve called the police but I called the who host who was rude and shamed me for being sexually harassed. Do not stay here. And even if you did you wouldn’t be able to sleep since the beds were so horrible. Mold here too.

Family reunion
Great location that was very accessible to State Route 41. Home was very spacious for 9 family members. Clean, not elegant and works very well with families having young children. If another reunion was held in the Venice FL area, would consider renting again.
