The front desk staff is very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast selections, clean and nice pool but no hot tub. Restaurants within walking distances from property.

For the location it was ok, slim pickings in Osseo, WI. The room did have a fridge and microwave which was okay, could have done without the stove and dishwasher. The wood panels below the dishwasher and near stove were falling apart, looked dirty.

Since our last stay here a couple of years ago, the prices have gone way up, and the cleanliness has gone way down. There was a large open bowl half full of rainwater and dozens of cigarette butts at the back door. There was a lot of debris on the carpeted elevator floor. The plantings in front had cigarette butts and trash throughout. Inside, the brown door moldings have many unsightly white scratches from luggage rubbing against them. There are other areas that need repairs. Upon entering our room, I observed dirt on the tile that I scraped off. When I took a bath in the evening, the water was only lukewarm. There were several spots in the bathroom where paint is chipped off. This is a 2-star property that is charging 4-star prices. We won’t be staying there again.
