A wonderful property in an old Palazzo. Very nicely decorated. Friendly staff. However, they did not explain well enough, how the spa are and that we need a three hour notice before we can use it and that the steam room in the room was not working, a room was quite small for a hotel of the stature

Very unique hotel

A welcome cocktail started the visit and they were able to park our car for us so we didn’t have to be bothered with it. The rooms were very different with high arched ceilings. We were on the top floor so there were a lot of steps which were not an issue but some people might struggle with that. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. All of the staff were very helpful!

Wonderful stay in Ostuni. Perfect base to explore the area. Incredible design but quite eclectic and lacked refinement.

Only 11 rooms so you feel like family and as if you are staying in someone’s palace. Do not even think twice about staying here!!! It’s the perfect and best hotel in the region!!

We loved everything about Paragon 700, the design, the staff, easy walk to the restaurants. Thanks Marco and all the staff for making our stay memorable ❤️ A big shout out for Vishnu doing an excellent job👍

Absolutely beautiful property. So tastefully decorated. Everything is impeccable. Historical building in the heart of Ostuni. Staff is so friendly and always available to help in any way.
