Nice & relaxing.

Feel so relaxed and a lovely location.
Only niggle like a few hotels.
Could not connect my fire stick to the tv to match what I want to watch.
But all in all a fantastic little break away.

For the first time in 5 years i had requested a full refund from this two night stay after being checked in for only around 20munties. The room was Dirty, the wifi would not work that i needed for business use & multiple damages around the room, including chunks out of the headboard, dirty towels, dirty floor & bathroom, hair stuck to walls ect. I have all pictures but was refused a refund. I booked elsewhere, would never stay again.

The hotel was nice enough and the leisure facilities were nice but it seemed a bit run down. The paint peeling and just generally a bit tatty. It’s wasn’t the cleanest with hair in the shower tray and orange gunk on the grouting, random clothes tags on the bathroom floor and a few flies in the room even though we kept the doors and windows shut.
It was nice, but could use a bit of a scrub and lick of paint. Staff were friendly enough.

This hotel has no WiFi in the rooms. Lobby has very fast WiFi, but 40ft away from the lobby - in the room itself there was no internet accesss.
Also, in the bathroom there was an electric towel radiator and mirror with a light - but no one in the hotel knew how to switch on these items??

It was outdated the room wasn’t the best the spa was nice
