the hotel was not available in Ilesa and I paid online with my card. Pls IBIS should not allow scammers to use there name with fake addresses again. I wasted 2hrs searching for the hotel before it was confirmed that the hotel does not exist in ilesa

I am really sorry this happened to you as the hotel location was wrongly mapped. We are based in Ota and not Ilesha.
This has been fixed.
