Wonderful stay experience! The staff at Hotel Indio went above and beyond to make us feel at home and our stay most enjoyable. Would stay with them again with zero hesitation. If you find yourself in Otovalo, look them up- you’ll be pleased.

This time though I was on a specific mission at the market and must have asked the front desk staff 1000 questions and each time they were amazing. I got good restaurant recommendations, a tip on where to go for alpaca, and a great massage they organized before my trip to Quito and flight home.

The best place to stay

This hotel and staff deserve way beyond excellent. We would recommend anyone and everyone to this place. The location is great too.

Reservamos y resulta que el hotel no nos brindó el servicio porque estaba lleno. Me parece una falta de respeto que teniendo una reserva nos digan eso. Entonces que no ofrezcan su servicio por plataforma porque no garantizan la reserva.
