No heat or wifi, mold/mildew and unresponsive host

The room had mold and mildew growing along the doors and in the bathroom. This is a health concern as I am an asthmatic. Additionally, this is not a Bed and Breakfast in the traditional sense. It is an apartment that is managed offsite (it feels as though one apartment has been remodeled into 3 separate bedrooms with one having a kitchenette). Breakfast is provided by a cafe down the street as is WiFi. The heat did not work upon our arrival and although repairs were attempted, the heat went out in the middle of the night and did not come back on until about 6am. The host did not respond to any queries prior to our trip but I did receive an email the morning of our arrival which started out saying "As we agreed..." There was no contact prior to our check-in day and I hadn't agreed to provide an approximate time of our arrival.

I am truly sorry that the gentlemen were not well on the night they were guests of my B&B, complaining of mold on the doors. However, I would like to emphasize that the cleanliness of the rooms represents one of the qualitative aspects of our hospitality, which we particularly care about and which we try to do with the utmost professionalism and meticulousness, we use first-rate sanitizing products for this. If the gentlemen, however, had warned us in advance of the allergy or intolerance problems, exposed in the review, we would have provided a more targeted and in-depth intervention, to avoid the feared risk. About "the management of the B&B outside the office" I want to clarify that that day I could not be present in the structure for health reasons, so I had to request the help of an occasional collaborator to receive guests and for the same reason I had breakfast in a bar below. The lack of Wi-Fi then was due to a blackout of the lines of the operator providing the service is that it lasted for three days after New Year. As for the functioning of the heat, there was a breakdown in the heating system, which we repaired immediately and it is strange how the Gentlemen reported that it stopped during the night since the next morning we found that it was fully functional
