Property is dated, pictures misrepresented the condition of the rooms and pool area which was very dated and scuzzy, hot tub jets didn’t work and there was hair and blood on the floor in the change room so I didn’t bother going past there. Overwhelming smell of cleaning products in the lobby, and my floor an always smelled like Chinese food in the hall. Pet fee was not indicated when I booked, and it was the more expensive I have ever paid anywhere ($70), and they charged me $25 to stay in my room for an extra 2 hours. With the extra fees, o could have stayed at a much nicer hotel. When I arrived there was no one at the desk and myself and several others waited 15 mins for someone to check us in. Disappointed with my stay, outdated and overrated.

The property was in a terribly poor condition! There were not much supply in the room. We booked a two bedroom large suite but they only left us one small soap, one coffee pod, no dishwasher tablets, old filthy furnitures and old facilities in general. Guys, it’s definitely time for renovation. I felt my money is wasted. We called expedia to get a refund and change the hotel but they didn’t care about the condition and they said it is what it is! I am so disappointed! The good thing about the facility was the toddler play room.
