There was no internet service the 22 hrs we were there & hadn’t been any in 2 days prior to arrival. Working on it. This should have been said at check in. We had to go to front desk an inquire how to get on. No discount given. UNACCEPTABLE.

We checked in late night. The sheet was dirty and found blood spots. The front desk changed our room, but that was so discusting experience.

Room had not been cleaned, remade the beds with dirty sheets and dog hair on it. Moved rooms to a clean room but it smelled musty and moldy.

The shower and the bath tub have an issue, it was not working properly.
