Got there at night. Easy check in. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We did not use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped. Parking was a slight inconvenience because it was raining and you had to park on the roof of a parking garage. But it had plenty of available spaces. The room worked great for us. Would stay here again.

No staff available on arrival! We called many times and waited in the parking lot for 2 hours and had to leave and get a room at the Holiday Inn! My card was charged and was told the next day by Roman that charges would be reversed !

Disappointed

Pool was closed for emergency repairs with no end date. Room "keys" didn't work due to a battery issue. Happily, this was fixed within 30 minutes (late at night). One of two bathroom ceiling lights strobed. It could not be turned off separately from the one light that worked normally. Both chargers for recharging cars were inoperable due to missing QR codes. Happily, functional chargers were nearby and staff directed guests to them as needed. A new sofa mattress would ne appreciated! Toasters were not functioning properly and dining room staff, while efficient, were not particularly friendly.
