A 5-minute walk to enjoy the 5 à 7 (happy hour) at the great local bars and restaurants along Laval Street.1 Block away is access to the entire network of Ottawa/Gatineau bike and recreation trails, as well as bus stops for both the Ottawa and Gatineau transit systems. At the Museum, you can board the water taxi (seasonal service) to cross the river to Ottawa or continue and try your luck at the Casino. VeloGo bike shares located nearby. Uber and taxis are always available. There are public transportation options available for the Ottawa airport and train station.

If bringing a service animal, it is the expectation the pet accompanies the owner at all times and can not be left at the property alone. Costs associated with damages caused by a pet will be pursued and are not included in the pet fee/cleaning fee. An additional cleaning fee to cover the removal of pet dander from the property will apply.
Access to the home
There are approximately 10 steps to reach the living spaces from the front entrance, and a further 15 to reach the master bedroom loft. The bedroom loft does not have a door, but you cannot see inside due to the layout of the space. However, noise will carry. You can store bicycles inside the front entry as it is a large, easily cleaned space.
