Everything about the check in is remote. No staff on site. Restaurant is fine. The lake is beautiful but access to it is very limited with private properties lining the shore in the town site

The room was comfortable and clean. The food was delicious and our server was thoughtful and pleasant. Ottertail Lake had a fine beach with public access within a mile or so to the...south? Thanks for the great time!

This lodge was very much self serve. But it was comfortable, and a place to stay at night as we were gone all day. It was fine for what we needed.

Purposely stayed here even though in Detroit Lakes for business trip, wanted to try something different. Overall very happy. Only items that would be nice is to have Kleenex in bathroom or room but just used toilet paper instead, ability to charge restaurant meal to room would be nice for dinner in room and USB plug ins on nightstand would help to be closer for devices. Loved the easy check in and out and unlock door all through mobile device and ability to access your streaming accounts through Roku TV.

As soon as you walked in it smelt like a musty basement. We turned up the air to try to get rid of the humidity in the room but it didnt work. It felt like you were sleeping in a tent after it rains. Everthing felt wet, the blankets, the carpet, ect. Will never stay there again

Room had no hair dryer, no coffeemaker not even a chair to sit on. Was very disappointing.

WiFi password didn’t work. No coffee maker in room. Refrigerator was noisy.
