Quiet and lovely
Publié le 13 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe waterfalls were so lovely and the swing up by them was an extra bonus. Waking up in the morning and here the bird and feeding them was awesome. The cover porch was a great place to enjoy my morning coffee. I had an amazing time. I hope to book again

Carman & Jim are great hosts. Lots of very fine touches -
from our Names and Anniversary celebration at the cabin entrance - to the bottle of sparkling wine and to the die for pound cake !

A Quick Zen Getaway

As autumn approaches, this was a great spot to sit in rocking chairs on the porch, watch the birds, and take in the distance peaks of the mountains. A lovely, quaint cottage with hiking and water feature on the property, plus quick access to lovely trails and waterfalls nearby.

Beautiful long weekend getaway

We were greated with yummy pound cake and long list of must haves for the area. We filled every day to the brim with hikes and driving to see everything we could. We will definitely be back again soon.

Perfect Getaway

Peaceful Retreat
Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was a great opportunity for my wife and I to escape from work and enjoy the tranquility of the mountains. We explored several parks in Georgia and kayaked multiple times on lake Emory in Franklin. We also visited lake Glenville and Cherokee. This is a good quiet pace for a couple to relax and also explore the area.The owners are very nice and knowledgeable of the area.

Wonderful Property
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HomeAwayTop notch in every way. Great attention to detail. The only thing I would change is the location being a little closer to Highlands. Would like to go back. Carman and Jim are wonderful hosts. I got to interact with both of them -- good people!
