The breakfast food was really good, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. All staff was very nice.

I would really like to give a nice review. I will say that check in went great and we received great service. This was our second time staying in this hotel. Our first visit went great. This visit we were disappointed. Quarters were unavailable at the front desk for the coin operated washer and dryer on site. Of course i ran out half way through my cycle at 9p.m.!
No one was at the front desk so i called their main line and was told they didn't have any because they ran out (this was a Friday night) and go to the gas station down the road! The next day, the front desk was able to give us two dollars in quarters. We brought them up stairs. Lost one on the floor but we were so excited to find two dimes and a nickel! My son went down to exchange it for a quarter and was refused saying they only take dollars. Luckily we ended up finding the quarter and got our clothes washed. Breakfast food items ran out. Cinnamon rolls were always out except our last day and we were there 5 nights. I got the last salsa, the last butter, and my son got the last bacon. It's unfortunate but I'll probably try a different hotel next time. Location is great, but it's like the staff just is burned out and doesn't care anymore. :(

The breakfast was very disappointing. There were no drinks because their juice machine was out of order. No eggs, no biscuits by 8am, no sausage. And there was a broken exterior door that allowed anyone to walk into the hotel.

Air conditioning didn’t work in exercise room. Ice machine didn’t work on 3. Printer didn’t work. Lots of out of order items and staff acted like things had been out for awhile. You pay a lot of $ to have things not work and amenities unusable.

Love this hotel
