Carpets are stained big time. Very old building. Stunk like cigarettes in the entrance

The front desk gal was very nice. The property is really neat! Breakfast was SO GOOD! Homecooked, not fake eggs and bacon. The room cooled down well, we visited during warm weather.
However,
I sat down to use the bathroom when we first entered our room and a roach ran across the floor. My sons comforter had strings of hair all over it as if that had not been changed but the sheets and pillows were clean.
I think it may depend on the staff because in the morning I know the cleaning lady cleaned the room across the hall from us very well, I watched her bring out all the sheets and comforters, she spent a good 40 minutes in that room.
Overall, it was an ok experience but the place really is neat.

needs updating
