Verify Your Dog Can Stay
Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HotelsNice, simple hotel. Be sure to call and verify you can take your dog if applicable. I booked day before arrival and had some run around as they said there was no more “dog rooms” available but they did make it work after I requested a cancellation. No complaints afterwards.

Good location with great service

Expect improvement before venturing back

The room was small and cramped and no where to sit and read besides a straight back hard chair and a small hassock. We had to pull an outdoor chair in the room for comfortable seating. The mattress was very worn. The mattress edge was so worn you couldn’t sit on the bed. With lack of seating…that was the only option. Room 112 mattress needs replacing. After hiking all day we needed good back support. As a consequence we cut our stay short to save our backs. Innkeepers were inconsistent in their customer service— one worked hard to rectify an issue the other was largely absent and curt.

From this week-trip through different cities and towns in New Mexico and Colorado, this was definitely my favorite stop lodging-wise. The cabin was utterly gorgeous, cozy, and impressively well stocked. We had towels for days and we were only staying 1 night. We wished we could have spent more time here simply because of how good it felt to be in our room.
