The staff was so incredibly helpful. I was offered a cup of coffee or hot chocolate when I checked in because I came in during the rain. They provided s'more packets and blankets to hang out at the fire. Rooms were updated and the entire place was comfy.

Our reservation was not correct and they had to give us a different room. The Hotel is older but clean. Only a couch to sit on it was uncomfortable.

We loved the place it was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed to find out that the lady at the front desk pretty much interrogated my mom about her service dog and ask questions that the law says you don't need to. Also she wanted to know what her disabilities were which is very very personal. They were really nice about letting us check out later. When we got coffee we were told we had to pay for the donuts which I thought was a little over the top. However I would stay there again maybe just putting them in their place about asking questions about service dogs cuz they're not supposed to it's the law.

Hi Jacqueline, We're thrilled you enjoyed our clean and cozy rooms and that we were able to accommodate your late check out request.With regards to the questions surrounding the service animal at check-in, We, in fact, are legally able to ask what service the animal is trained to perform. This was the only question that was asked and we ask that same question to each guest that has a service animal accompanying them.As your are aware, we do provide complimentary hot chocolates, coffees, teas and fireside s'mores. For our guests travel convenience, we also have a small snack cart with a variety of items available for purchase. We truly wish you all the best! Julie + Brian

Just not that good

The tub was dirty… the coke vending were empty or didn’t work…. The woman and her husband just seemed overwhelmed by running a hotel… & overpriced by about $20-$25

Really love the property and the woman who ran it was so so wonderful. She gave me great tips and advice on things to do and was just very personally attentive to me as a lodging person —totally love my stay there. Will stay again.
