Publié le 10 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall very good. Description of the rental was not accurate, there was no dish tv and there was no dishwasher. I can understand the dishwasher but the dish tv was a disappointment. Should update the property description.

We have reviewed it and changed the Dish Network to say Roku and the dishwasher is not listed as an amenity. We hope the rest of your vacation was wonderful and you enjoyed your stay in Ouray :)

Ouray Central & Quiet

The amenities were perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and they provided enough pillows and blankets. The bathroom and kitchen were well stocked with towels and kitchenware. The shared courtyard was nice.

Great Location
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cottage was very clean on our arrival and well-stocked with towels, cleaning supplies, linens and blankets. It is located within a few blocks of downtown Ouray and very convenient for shopping (groceries, hardware, restaurants, etc). In addition the cottage is quite close to an entrance to the City's Perimeter Trail and within walking distance to the Box Canyon and Cascade Falls.
The listing does not include a dryer, but there is one in the laundry room.
It was difficult to determine which of the three units was associated with our rental without a call to the management service. The property address is not displayed on any of the rentals and they are numbered 1 through 3. Additionally, the locked entrance to our unit (3) was located inside a breezeway entrance. All of this was immediately cleared up with the telephone call. I would recommend updating the check-in instructions to clarify the unit number and the location of the primary entrance to the unit.
Information on the refrigerator has a discrepancy in terms of the wifi address. The sheet on the refrigerator door is correct. The one on the side of the refrigerator is not. I would also recommend some additional instructions for operating the heat for the unit.
We really liked the property and will likely stay there again.

Thanks so much for bringing it to our attention the dryer amenity was not listed. We have since added that amenity to the vacation home description.
Thank you for bringing it to our attention it was difficult to find your vacation home in the courtyard. The owners have created a professional address sign on the front gate with each address listed on the signage, but we will be sure to change the signage on each door in the courtyard to reflect the correct street address number on the front of each building.
We did re-review the arrival instructions for this home and there are detailed instructions to first access the outer door into the foyer and then enter the code on the interior door keypad, but we will do our best to further ensure it is clear for guests.
We will remove the older signage on the side of the refrigerator; Thank you!

The staff was available 24/7 and provided for our needs. it was relaxing and relative private.
