Friendly Staff, Convenient Location
The road to the pousada is a challenge but typical of Ouro Preto. Not located “in town” but quick drive to most aatractions

Razoável, mas não ficaria novamente
Pousada média, com custo-benefício razoável. Estacionamento gratuito dentro da pousada, com vagas limitadas. Vista maravilhosa, ambiente externo gostoso para passar um fim de tarde tomando um refresco. Não tivemos coragem de entrar na piscina. A Internet não era muito boa, tinha muitos roteadores e tinha que ficar trocando de rede para ver qual ia estar mais estável. O black-out do quarto era insuficiente para bloquear a luz externa (muito curto). Não tem smart TV. Não conseguimos deixar a janela do banheiro aberta para ventilar, e o banheiro passou a estadia toda úmido (literalmente molhado) por dentro. Serviu para uma diária, mas não me hospedaria novamente.

A estadia foi muito boa. A pousada é confortável, tudo muito limpinho e cheiroso, o café e o atendimento são muito bons e as solicitações que fizemos antecipadamente foram prontamente atendidas. A ducha do chuveiro é boa. Necessita adequar o banheiro com suportes para toalhas, iluminação sobre o espelho e torneiras e duchas de melhor qualidade e funcionais. Tbm seria bom se houvesse um espelho maior no quarto.

Sabíamos que a pousada era longe do centro, para quem vai de carro não é um problema. Muito ruim o quarto, o café da manhã é péssimo. A pousada diz ser acessível, mas não vi nenhum quarto onde não havia degraus para chegar até ele, portanto não é acessível

A pousadas fica em um bairro afastado e com subida bem íngreme, portanto se o carro e o motorista não forem bons não recomendo. O quarto (313) era bom, com 3 camas confortáveis, frigobar e banheiro com chuveiro ótimo muito quente. O atendimento nota 10, atenderam todas as nossas solicitações, e a Ana é muito simpática. O café da manhã maravilhoso! Sugestões seria colocar uma TV maior no quarto (era de 24 '), e trocar a torneira do banheiro, de plástico e difícil de abrir.
