Aunt/cousin get together
Posted Oct. 8, 2024 on HomeAwayLocation was great for the activities we had planned. 4 elderly aunts in our group so bedroom and bathroom layout was perfect.
The house desperately needs some TLC. Doorknob falling off, toilet roll holder falling off.
Walls need painting.
With a listing for a large group there should be 3 x as many spoons and forks as there were.
Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent were very limited yet we were asked to start the dishwasher and washer (towels) before leaving.
Beer and soda cans were on the ground by the balcony steps, grill was not usable and the front window needed cleaning. Two cookie sheets were covered with rust.
If I had a large, older group I would consider staying here again, otherwise probably not.

Posted Aug. 25, 2024 on HomeAwayDepends on what you are looking for, and how picky you are. The location is perfect. Close to a lot of things. Stadiums for baseball and football are an easy 20 min drive. Yard is a good size. Beds are comfortable. House is not perfect with some needs for updates and yard cleaning. Over all we all fit nicely and there was plenty of room to stretch out.

Great Space for a Family Stay
