Room was clean, bed was comfortable, but the sink and toilet water stunk like sewage when turned on or flushed. shower water seemed ok and before we got to use the hot tub it was closed for maintenance, part of the reason we paid a little more to stay there, so no compensation offered was disappointing.

We stayed 3 nights. The first night we stayed the shower didn't drain. I mentioned it the next morning and they were fixing it immediately. We had a nice stay. The beds were comfortable. We replenished towels each day and trash was emptied. This is a plus for us!

Bad Service for a hockey town.
We were there for a hockey tournament and were told we couldn’t bring our hockey sticks in the hotel. I am not leaving a $300 stick in the car overnight for someone to steal it. This is not ok. I get that things happen but this is bad service.

Gets the job done
Nothing special but also quite clean and in good shape and seemed like a good value for the price. I had to wait a minute to be checked in because the front desk person was a little slow to help me but she was otherwise nice and gave me a couple of good dinner recommendations when I asked. My only complaint is that the bed was quite hard (par for the course for this type of place, so not really unexpected). The place is easy to get to, convenient to food, gas and the lije.

Great place to stay.
The room was great. Cookies at the front desk at check in was a plus. Breakfast staff was polite. Kudos to the front desk staff, check in was quick and easy. We will stay here again the next time we're in Albert Lea.

The bathroom floors have tiles that have ingrained dirt in the. Needs a serious bleaching/scrubbing. Not just a once over mop. Don’t get white tiles if you don’t plan on cleaning properly. Juice machine was out of apple, milk machine not working. Bed was comfortable and staff was really nice.

The staff is amazing and more than friendly and helpful. They did not stereotype us as many other hotels have due to us staying awhile. They also went out their way to make our stay comfortable and easy. Housekeeping was great. Made sure eveeyday to change the garbage, towels, etc. Will stay again! Beds are great and room was huge! Pricing was great!

Staff was super friendly and went out of their way to extend my stay and keep me in the same room even when they didnt have that type of room available online. Housekeeping always checked if we needed anything! The breakfast was great. It was pretty much the same our entire stay but still great!
