Bathtub ring, floor and carpet needed to be steam cleaned. Poolroom was a sauna and uncomfortable to relax in.

The rep who checked us in was extremely rude. We asked for extra towels to go swimming and she wanted us of telling us towels were in there already. The air in our room was broken and had to be ran for hours before it cooled down. During breakfast my daughter bit into a rotten apple. The gentleman who was tending to the bar served half frozen sausages. When I took them back to him from being in my plate already he took them and put them back in the cooler and served them on the buffet once they were done. He ran out of simple things like milk, yogurt, bread and waffle mix.

The staff was wonderful. We were there for Special Olympics and they were so accommodating and kind. Could not have asked for a better experience with them. Beds were so comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Only thing I saw that needed improvement was the stained carpets throughout the facility. Could use an upgrade. But noticed they were doing some remodeling in the breakfast area. Good breakfast, as well. We will definitely book there again if we ever go to that area. Thanks for the great experience.
