Security is always important to my husband when I come to Nigeria. This property exceeded our expectations. The food, service and staff were amazing. Will stay here again!

Check in process is laborious, and time consuming. Front desk staff are not attentive and need additional training.

Check in was laborious, time wasting and two hours later than advertised check in time. Service was average. Hotel.com, and local hotels reservation information did not sync either due to intentional deliberate action, or outright careless. I highly suspect the former and not the later. Service and experience witnessed was not typical of my experience at Protea.
