I wanted to like it…
Publié le 9 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI really wanted to like it…. Nice outside, well lit, looks clean. But bugs… didn’t sleep a wink, didn’t put anything down anywhere. Hopefully, they take care of that problem.

Quick stay to visit the university. We would stay again. Clean, friendly staff, great price for a decent place to stay. Just a note - Mattress is pretty soft if you have back issues but no worse than many high priced hotels.

If you like camping this is the hotel for you! The door to our room was open when we arrived. Our key also did not work. After basically kicking the door in to get it to open we saw bugs on the wall and in the bathroom. The door was very hard to shut and the chain lock was broken. There was a very dirty rug covering cracked and uneven flooring. We lost count after killing 20 bugs and complained. He didn’t speak good English and didn’t really seem to understand. It was overall just really dirty.

Amazing customer service
Publié le 27 août 2024 sur HotelsWe had scheduled a 2-night stay for a college visit but unfortunately it had to be cut short because of an unexpected funeral. We had made the reservation through a third party who was giving us the runaround to obtain a refund. The manager of the Butler Inn went above and beyond to help resolve the situation and I am so grateful! I highly recommend this property based on the customer service alone. Great location too!
