Décevant et inconfortable (et cher!)

Les plus : notre accueil à la réception a été sympathique. Points négatifs : les chambres sont très exiguës - je ne pouvais pas utiliser les toilettes car elles étaient si proches de la paroi de douche que je ne pouvais pas m'asseoir ! J'ai dû utiliser les toilettes du rez-de-chaussée à la place. Nous avons immédiatement signalé le problème et on nous a dit que rien ne pouvait être fait. NoBreakfast médiocre - les articles étaient épuisés et personne ne se réapprovisionnait. Pour le prix que vous payez pour séjourner dans cet hôtel très moyen, cela ne vaut pas vraiment le coup.

Très bon établissement. Propre, personnel accueillant et gentil. Possibilité de restauration sur place. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Parking payant sur place pour les clients de l’hôtel. 10£ par nuit.

Unlike a number of hotels in Oxford, this one seems to have time and space for its guests. Helpful staff and a spacious breakfast area with decent choice.

Hotel was a fine tourist hotel, although room was small and no air-conditioning. Breakfast was really busy but acceptable.
