Great space for a lot of people

Family Vacation
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall We had a great stay! The place was very spacious and plenty of room for All of us. Two bathrooms were nice and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds and toys available. The property is in a trailer park, which did not bother us but I don’t believe was advertised that way. It is about a 25 min drive to the dells if that is what you are interested in. The beach and lake on property were nice, a little walk but my husband and daughter enjoyed fishing. My two complaints would be the WiFi and check in/ out communication. It was two days prior to check in and I had to message the owner to get any information about check in. We have stayed at plenty of Vrbo’s and typically it is sent in a timely fashion with any information needed. I sent two messages through the Vrbo app before I was responded to, by text message. Once in the house, there was a small paper giving instructions for a few things but not very detailed. I had to message about WiFi as we were not given a password and the network was protected. The manager responded quickly with a password that was incorrect. He tried to speak with IT. The following day I FOLLOWED UP, to ask if they had found a solution. They told us to reset the router. This did not work and at this point I was sick of messaging them about it. We had small children that wanted to watch a movie or iPad time. With there only being one tv this would have been nice. Overall they were friendly and the place was sufficient for our vacay.

Jasmine saved the day
Publié le 26 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty was clean and spacious. The description of proximity to lake and access.. disappointing as well as the swimming area..dirty an not kept up. Only got confirmation 26hours before we were set to arrive. Jasmine the HR person of the trailer park/campground made this a 3 star review instead of 1. She went above and beyond to get things set for us..got there and grass was long..she had someone there in 15min..tank on grill empty.. Jasmine saved the day. I would not stay again because of the bad water access(very large hill) and very muddy swimming area..needs attention. Thank you again Jasmine (5 Star )

Spacious and open

Spring Break
Publié le 30 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayQuiet neighborhood, close to Wisconsin Dells & Devil's Lake. Lisa, the property manager was very accommodating with all our request, Wi-Fi issues due to weather but was fixed the next day. Overall a pleasant stay!

Bridal Weekend/Girls weekend
Publié le 13 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayI booked the Lodge for a Bridal weekend with my Bridesmaids and close friends doing our hair for my upcoming wedding. It turned out to be a great place for 9 of us girls to meet up abd spend the weekend together. Was a little thrown off when we first pulled in and saw we were in a trailer park, but the area the VRBO in seemed safe and nice. Was happily surprised with how nice everything was. Enjoyed our stay

Great Place to Stay

Also if we were going to be going to the Dells it would be close as well. Overall i give it a 5 star. There was plenty of information included in the book we enjoyed the recommended food places that were in the book.

Nice property for a weekend away

Nice house close to Wi Dells
Publié le 4 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayIt was a great experience overall. Very close to a lake for fishing, and WI Dells, which is why we rented the place. The interior was beautiful and very clean. I spoke multiple times with the owner and it was always a quick response. The neighbors were friendly too!

Cousin's Reunion
Publié le 25 août 2023 sur HomeAwayJust perfect. Had family from around WI and out of state gather at Deep Lake for week of Dells and Deep Lake fun.
The accommodations were clean, comfortable, spacious. Access to the lake, kayaks, and paddle boards added to the enjoyment. Fire pit and yard kept the kids busy with nighttime games and s'mores.
Management was easy to contact, very responsive, friendly and helpful.
We were very pleased with our experience.
