Good apartment on the outskirts of Oxford

We stayed in the 2 bed apartment which had an en-suite and main bathroom. There was a twin and double room and a comfortable living space with studio kitchen. Ideal for a group of friends visiting Oxford.

The Apartment was really nice, the only problem we encountered was that when we arrived, the cleaners hadn’t taken the extra bedding or taken the bins out, I spoke to Suzy and she has them come round and rectify it.

We were sorry to hear of the issues you experienced during your stay. I have already made the management team aware of the issue with the sofa you have mentioned. In respect of the mounted up rubbish you have mentioned, we believe this relates to some items in the communal area of the Razia Apartments left by a tenant not connected with Platinum Pillows, we have spoken with the Landlord and hope to resolve this issue shortly, but if you are referring to something else, I would be keen to know so that we can rectify this as soon as possible.
