Were sorry you didn't enjoy your stay did you bring up your issues with the staff were always here to help with any problems that may arise, and any feedback is helpful what kind of smell and what other issues we try to take care of them but if we are unaware until after check out we cannot fix the issues

The T.V would glitch and stop working from time to time. We would have to turn the it off and back on. Which is a little frustrating when you have a 4 and 7 year old. The room appeared clean but I brought wipes to wipe the counters, sinks and tubs and my wipe was filthy each time I wiped a different surface. It was just dust it was dirt and yellowish color. The drawers were not cleaned out because there was and old Love Stuff box in one of the drawers. So clearly the drawers were not cleaned before each visitor. Blanket on the bed had mold spots. The extra blanket we were given for the pull out couch had cigretted burns all in it.
