I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. It felt very unsafe as people at all hours of the night would walk past my door and window. People would stare. The office lady was nice however the cleaning lady wasn’t. She didn’t speak English well and it was hard to understand what she was saying. I looked on the booking website and it said it was pet friendly and did not mention a pet fee. The cleaning lady kept approaching me as I was trying to put my dog in my car. She kept asking over and over whether I’d pay the pet fee with cash or card and I told her repeatedly that I don’t carry cash. It made me assume she was trying to pocket the money. I was very upset as I had to pay $20 per night for my dog to stay with me in total it was $60. As a single woman in a state and city that isn’t home I don’t appreciate the demeanor and the way the lady was coming off about the money. She had no respect for personal space as she kept inching closer and closer to me and my dog. I also requested a non-smoking room, in which I was not given. The room I had was run down and dirty. It smelt of cigarette smoke. I was not very pleased about this. But again as a single woman in a new place I did not feel comfortable going to the office to switch rooms. I dealt with it, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t too dirty, however there was weird stains on the toilet. The floors in the room were disgusting. If you need a quick place that’s cheap go for it, but otherwise save your time and money.

The bed was really soft.but the room was not very clean. I had my service dog with me and a friend was picking me up and he had his little dog with him and i was accused of having two dogs. And the lady was the first one to come to the truck and ask about towels and I told her I only had one. And then the man comes all the way to the window yelling that i had tow dogs

House keeping kept coming to my door at 9am in the morning when I told them I work 3rd shift if I need any assistance I’ll call the office to let them know kept opening my door all the way open letting flies in kept checking my room for guest or smoking I honestly felt racially profiled… every time anyone of my family came to deliver food they come out and yell no guest said I can’t have no one pull up in. They parking lot gave me one big towel and one small knowing it was 5 people in the room ( and the towels was dirty) it’s was just a totally disgusting mess will not book again
