Charming hotel . Rooms were very cold when we arrived late evening and bed a little uncomfortable but its location and atmosphere are great

Publié le 27 juill. 2024 sur HotelsUtmärkt exempel på ett fint hotell i klassisk engelskstil från förr fast med alla dagens bekvämligheter. Incheckning görs med stil och artighet i världsklass och vägen till rummet är en vandring i detaljerade inredningsmasterklass.
En lägre rating på bekvämligheter beror på en icke fungerade Espresso maskin och styrkjärn i rummet - imget man förväntar sig i den prisklassen MEN de byttes snabbt ut och en ursäkt gavs.

The hotel was contacted by yourself and offered me an upgrade. I wouldn’t stay there again. The only advantage of this extremely expensive hotel is its position in the middle of the city. In addition to my existing complaints there was no offer of help with luggage either on arrival or on leaving. Also in over50 years of travelling the world I have never been told that there were two prices for breakfast cheaper if you pay in advance and more expensive if you just walk into the restaurant

Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur HotelsLeuk hotel, ook omdat inspecteur Morse hier vaak in de Morse-bar kwam😬 Hier zit je echt leuk.
Mooie maar warme kamer. Openen op een kier van het raam (binnenplaats) kwam met een straalmotor-achtig geluid vanuit een of ander apparaat. Toch goed geslapen met hulp van de vloerventilator.
De locatie in de stad is perfect, centraal en tegenover een prachtig museum.
