I don’t as so grateful to find a two bedroom option. The location was helpful for our specific need, we had a huge devastating event right before arriving and then the check in staff was so incredibly awful. Our reservation had my husbands name and instantly they just said you can’t check in. Your husband can’t call or send a picture of his DL. Just completely instantly as rude and unkind and unhelpful as possible, the worst ever.
