Our happy place

We were impressed by the physical space, the location within walking distance of the beach; and the thoughtful touches that meant we felt right at home. Everything we needed was provided. We loved this space and are already planning for next year.

Great location, property and the host
Publié le 16 août 2022 sur HomeAwayGreat location between Wood and Kal lakes. Easy and quick access to Okanagan Lake and all amenities and wineries in the Lake Country. Nicole is an excellent and responsive host. She responded to all my questions promptly before the stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless. She even helped out with my son's iPad that we forgot in the property after check-out. This was our 2nd stay in this property and it has been renovated recently with nice hard wood floor and new kitchen. This property will for sure feature on top of our list for future stays as a family in Lake Country.

Amazing stay!

Excellent, Centralized Location To a Wide Range of Activities

The description of VRBO is accurate and the owner was super quick to respond to my questions and very accommodating. I loved how everything I wanted to do seemed to be an easy 15 - 30 minutes away. Had amazing sleeps in the super comfy bed. It's nice to be able to watch the activity at the lake front right from the back deck. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Loved This Place
Publié le 4 août 2020 sur HomeAwayMy family stayed here for 2 weeks. We loved being soo close to the rail trail, boat launch, and beaches. We had lunch at the pizza place by gatzke’s market. Great patio with pergolas covered in grape vines. The area had everything we needed within a 1 minute drive (Fruit and Vegetable market, ice cream, restaurant, general store, burger bar). Grocery store is just a 5 minute drive to Winfield. The house had everything that we needed and more (except a toaster). The flowers on the table were nice. The Host, Nicole, was very responsive to anything we needed. The back deck was great, with shady and sunny spots. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your house with us Nicole. We all a loved it there.

Awesome location and great hosts
Publié le 10 août 2019 sur HomeAwayThe property was great with parking for our boat and ample space for our bikes. The property was well furnished with lots of seating. The kitchen had a coffee pot and some ground coffee to use upon our arrival. Thank goodness!
A great bonus is they allow dogs.
We really enjoyed watching the lake from the deck with both shaded and unshaded areas. It was also great to sit and watch the stars.
The Rail Trail is very close and was great to ride on with lots of great places to take pictures and jump in the lake.
The market and convenience store were also very good.
Nicole and Jack were very responsive when contacting them and even our kids commented on how good they were. I am amazed they noticed ;)
Highly recommend their property and hope to stay there again next summer.

Publié le 2 août 2019 sur HomeAwayFrom booking my to the day I left Nicole made sure my visit was comfortable. Lots if small touches in the house that made me feel at home. I stayed for 5 days without s car! Could walk to the store, fruit stand, local trails and parks

Lovely Vacation
Publié le 30 juill. 2019 sur HomeAwayVery pretty home and very clean. Bring bikes as the rail trail is amazing. Would recommend to other families. Only improvement to suggest is air conditioning in master bedroom. Overall very lovely.

Perfect Location

Only complaint was not really air conditioned, the master was quite warm .
This property suited us for our Oyama visit quite nicely.
