From the check-in to when we checked out everything was unprofessional! The place has zero signage telling you where to go! The Guard @ the road had no idea where to check-in? The place was under construction from 7:00 am until 9 pm daily! Trash, dumpsters were full and overflowing! No one answered the phone most of the time @ the front desk! Our door would close very hard and would not always lock!The deadbolt was useless! we had to slam the door to close and lock it properly! we were on a 3 rd floor w/hardly any elevator service!A real old and unsafe elevator that needs replacing,it wouldn't work daily for hours @ end, so we had to walk a half a mile to exit from our room to the pool/beach area.None of the food places were open during our stay except a pool bar area, w/a limited menu.Internet service was spotty @ best, and we had no cable TV working in any of the rooms during our stay.ants were in our unit, no clocks in any of the bedrooms! Bathrooms @ the pool were dark and smelled, the chaise lounges @ the pool and Beach were old and mostly broken to some degree and very uncomfortable w/the majority of them w/o pads and or were old, alarms went off daily @ the pool from 3 to 5 pm? the resort lost power on several occasions and we were right near a loud old generator, the place overall was under construction and the help didn't seem to know or care! We noticed that neighbors not staying @ the resort came onto the property and used the pool amenities and pool along w/the

Good Day Mr. Hutchins, We thank you kindly for your feedback. Our operations teams have since revisited our standards with all employees on our grounds to ensure that our services are nothing less than what we stand for. I am happy to report that all condominium issues that you’ve encountered have also been taking care of. In addition, our elevators are also in the process of being completely replaced, with the first building being delivered at the end of this current month. However, all elevator issues that you may have encountered during your visit have all been sorted. Furthermore, both restaurants including all outlets are now open and are fully operational! Unfortunately, the down time was to ensure that all service areas were delivered once totally completed.We have dropped the ball in many cases, however we hope to be able to redeem ourselves in time to come. Once again thank you kindly for your feedback!

The trip was overall good, however the elevator got stuck for a period of time that was very scary and concerning.

Very beautiful property! Very clean and well kept. Extremely friendly and courteous staff. Felt like family! Employees go above and beyond to assist and make you feel at home especially the staff at the pool side bar! Awesome stay and look forward to making this an annual tradition! Thank you!

Dawn Beach Club was an amazing place to stay. From the food, drinks, staff and overall warm welcoming energy I enjoyed my stay and will for sure be back again. Thank you DBC you truly made my birthday the best so far!

The entrance was undesirable the cab took us to a underground parking deck then to the lobby the Lobby felt like a motel 8 the front desk was lady was Nice and she had the maintenance man take us to our room? We entered from the back of the hotel and we where pleasantly surprised the room was spacious clean great view very new and modern.I guess they are still recovering from the Hurricane.

The property was located on the Ditch side The view was perfect. The pool was refreshing, the staff was extremely friendly.
