I called the property and asked for an early check in. They approved it, but once I got there (around 2am) they had no record that I ever asked for early check in and wouldn’t give me a room. Once I was finally able to check in, the room was stocked with fresh linens, but beyond that, clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long while - hair, dirt, dust and bugs a plenty.

Dear guest,Our checkin time starts at 3 pm and checkout time is 11am. We believe there must have been a misunderstanding. We apologize for any inconvenience you had.There is no way any hotel/motel can check you in at 2am for the reservation that starts after 3pm since previous guest are still in the room which checkouts at 11 am and then we clean the room to give to the next guest after 3pm. Thats how all hotel function.Unless you checkin at 2am and pay for another room and checkout at 11 am thats another scenario. In your case early checkin at 2am was impossible.We did not hear any complaints from you regarding any of the uncleanliness of the room during your 2 night stay. We take pride in keeping our rooms clean and we make sure our guest stays comfortably. Again, we apologize if you felt any inconvenience.

Place was dirty and they missed we were paid for 2 nights. In the end they did work with us and clean. Also fixed our nights stays.

Did like The location couldn’t hardly get out because of traffic and I couldn’t check in early so instead I stayed at the motel6

Booked two rooms for 4th of july weekend while visiting family. The rooms were clean, everything worked well but the AC was very loud. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable ( might not be a issue if you like a hard bed). We stayed 5 days here and the service was poor. No clean towels, no one restocked or cleaned rooms during our stay. They seem to have a couple long term stays so sleeping was rough while these groups, of adults and kids hung out in the parking lot well after 1am every night.

Do not stay here!!! The front desk personnel have zero personality at check in. The bathroom smells like urine tub full of hair. At 11 at night two drunks are shooting fireworks 10 feet from my door and the front desk wanted to argue with me that if wasn’t happening. The air conditioning was a pile of junk keeping the room at 82 for 6 hours. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!

Dear James,We apologize for any inconvenience you had. We take pride in keeping our rooms clean. We have investigated on the issue you have mentioned and we are sure that the fireworks on 4th of july were done all over the town as everybody was celebrating 4th of july. We also checked that you checked in in afternoon and we did not receive any complaints from you regarding rooms and ac. We apologize if that was the real case. However, upon anwering your call at 11 PM at night you started to using BS and all sorrs of word on our front desk personal as if it is our mistake. We run business 24/7 and we do like to serve our customer and make sure they are comfortable. But this does not give you any right to write whatever you think. We hope you stay calm and have a good day.

If you have a Uhaul or trailer I would not recommend. Need a place to crash for a night, beds are comfy.
