Awaken to a beautiful ocean view sunrise and the roar of the surf! The Beach House Getaway is located in the heart of the quaint coastal town of Pacific, just a two-minute drive from Seabrook. This property offers stunning panoramic views throughout the home from both floors, and beach access is just steps away. Enjoy the tranquil sounds of the waves while beachcombing and finding treasures to remember your time. Take advantage of this relaxing retreat while still having access to local dining and shopping nearby. Life-lasting adventures and memories begin here.

The Beach House Getaway served as a bed and breakfast for nearly 20 years and was recently revamped. It's designed to provide a spacious resort feel while also giving you the privacy you want. All four bedrooms are master suites with their own full bathrooms (three king bedrooms upstairs, one queen bedroom downstairs). Additionally, each suite has a sitting area with ocean views. So put your feet up and let the vacation begin!

Whether you're looking to relax indoors or outside, we have everything you could need! Inside, there is a full kitchen with all amenities, including a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee bar with wine fridge, and a Keurig. The dining table comfortably fits 6-8 people. There is a lovely variety of teas and coffees stocked. We also have a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Outdoors, you'll find a wrap-around deck with another dining space, fire pit, and a hot/cold outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day of sandcastle building or clam digging.

This property is located next door to Pacific Beach State Park, a 17-acre public recreation area offering picnicking, camping, fishing, swimming, clam digging, and beachcombing. You can access the beach directly from The Beach House Getaway property or through the state park using their concrete trail (a 3-minute walk). Joe's Creek is also right down the road and offers seasonal rentals for stand-up paddleboards, clam digging, and more.

Sisters’ Weekend
Seven sisters spent the weekend in this lovely home. Enjoyed the fact that each room was a suite, the upstairs rooms had wonderful views of the ocean. Location to the beach was great. Minutes away from Seabrook for food and shopping. Very comfortable and a great place for families.

Great property near the beach
The house worked perfectly for two families with teens. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Kitchen was large and well appointed. Close walk to the beach and ocean views from the living room, deck and upstairs bedrooms. Property management was responsive and super helpful when we left something behind. Perfect Spot for Family
We used the Beach House Getaway as our "basecamp" for a large family reunion. The private suites allowed for easy and private accommodations for extended family that doesn't necessarily want to share bedrooms or bathrooms. The house location cannot be beat. Steps from the state park and beach access, massive deck to enjoy the outdoors and enjoy the beach. The kitchen is well appropriated without being cluttered allowing you to unpack your supplies easily. Kids toys and kites were a big hit too! Everyone in my family plans to book this place for future trips, it was just perfect.

Great stay in Pacific Beach home
My wife and I, and our adult children and grandchildren stayed here over a weekend. The home is beautiful and spacious. Its well equipped for meals, coffee, etc. The kids toy selection. was appreciated by my grandchildren. The location is right next to the beach and very close of drive-on beach access and the towns of Moclips and Seabrook. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Guests are asked to remove shoes at the front door so bring your warm slippers if your from warmer climates like Arizona :-)

Perfect beach house for Family of 8
Three families including 6 adults and 2 16-year olds thoroughly enjoyed our four-nght stay at this spacious, well-equipped, comfortable home close to the beach. Started with a stroll through the Saturday market and found some fun purchases. Teens enjoyed renting e-bikes and skim boards. We enjoyed everything in the house including the grill and outdoor deck, great library of books, explicit instructions throughout, well stocked kitchen. Really everything!

Amazing view, location and spaces
Great rental property with the most amazing views. The four spacious bedrooms each have their own bathroom and views of the beach. We left open our bedroom window and woke up to the sounds of the crashing waves. The location is prime to the beach and to the small town shops. You can walk to either within minutes. The interior space is set up with large open spaces that accommodate groups of people. The house was clean and worked great for our group. My only complaint was the wifi. It wasn’t working when we arrived and the property manager was quick to work on it the second day. When it was finally working, it was snail speed and we couldn’t actually work or pull up the kids’ school work. We ended up at the coffee shop which had high speed WiFi and delicious coffee. This wouldn’t deter us from staying here again though. Will definitely stay again as we come to Pacific Beach a few times a year.

Perfect office staff getaway
This large house was perfect for our office staff gathering. Everyone enjoyed the spacious house, beautiful ocean view, gorgeous sunsets, and quiet evenings. Being only a mile from Seabrook allowed us to do a little shopping without having to contend with its crowd afterward.

After 4th of July Retreat
We enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It was comfortable for everyone. The bedrooms are very spacious and it was a real plus that each room had its own bathroom. The beach was just a few minutes walk across the street. Our family went to the beach twice daily. The kids had a great time playing on the beach. We look forward to staying at this house again.

My college-aged kids and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is spacious, comfortable, well-appointed, and so well-located! Paul's house was perfect for our group. Two families with young children 6-8 years old. Each bedroom had a bathroom which was nice. Paul was an excellent host. He kept the coffee, bagles, cookies, drinks and snacks stocked each morning. He was there to greet us and gave us our space too. He is a caring kind, hospitable host and the care and attention to detail (beach bags with towels and beach blankets, snacks, drinks) was unprecedented. We really enjoyed our stay at his house. The morning walk on the beach was wonderful since the house is so close. Big windows allow you to see the ocean and gives the house a lovely ambiance. Just a very pleasant experience overall! Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing time.
