A lovely gathering place
Publié le 1 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur three generation family flew in from across the US to spend a long weekend in Pacific Grove. The house is quite roomy and well appointed. The grandkids loved the quirky nooks, twin bedrooms, and large living spaces. Much of downtown Pacific Grove is within walking distance, as are parks and Lovers' Point on the bay. There is no yard at the house to speak of, but several parks are within a 6 block radius. We'd love to spend more time at this rental, should the occasion arise.

Best VRBO I've stayed!
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is by far the best VRBO stay I've had. First the communication w Michelle was proactive and informative. Check-in was so easy.
The house is in great shape - newly renovated, clean, clean, clean. The only amenities you should bring on your own are cooking condiments. They have a few but bring your own oil, butter, seasonings, ketchup etc. Otherwise kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked.
The area is great - walking trail w great views just a block away and near shops.
Check-out is pretty standard - start dishwasher, washer w towels and take out the trash/recycling.
Highly recommend.

Perfect for girls weekend

Hot Water

We are very sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the hot water during your stay, as we strive to ensure all of our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Upon reviewing the situation, I see that we did not receive your email notification regarding the hot water issue until the day you checked out, and our records indicate that our 24/7 maintenance line was not contacted during your stay. Had we known about the issue earlier, we could have promptly resolved it (the solution was a simple adjustment by our plumber).
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience. We encourage all our guests to avail themselves of our 24-hour maintenance line for immediate resolution to any problems they encounter.

Great House for Big Group
Publié le 20 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe booked this house for the groom and groomsmen to stay for the wedding weekend. The amount of space, beds, and bathrooms was perfect for a large group of adult males. Plus the location is amazing! Highly recommend for a weekend getaway with friends or family.

Beautifully Renovated

Nice place with no hot water
Publié le 21 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a very nice VRBO. The location was amazing, but we had 7 people and not one of us were able to take a hot shower all 4 days, 3 nights we were there. There was also flooding in the downstairs shower and I had to unclog the hair in the drain. The response from the property was slow.

We are so sorry to hear your group did not have hot showers! We received an email from you regarding the clog on a Sunday night and we responded Monday morning—but we have no record of the hot water issue being reported. Had we known, we would have sent someone to take care of it right away. (We post a 24-hour maintenance number in all the homes we manage; they are usually able to respond within 30 minutes of receiving a call.)
