Yikes! Where to start? Check in was easy. They charge $10 to park, which is a rip off give there is no alternative besides a small handful of street spaces.
Room was not very clean. Bedding and towels were the only clean things. I would have left, but rooms elsewhere were fully booked. Here’s the lowdown on everything.
- Elevator, stairs, and hall carpets were filthy and ragged.
- Floor was uneven in the hallways. Give we were on the third floor, this was concerning.
- Curtains in the room did not cover the window.
- Room was an ocean view room, but windows were dirty, it was hard to see out.
- Room in general was not terribly clean. Dust, dirt, and general lack of upkeep. Seems like housekeeping did the bare minimum.
- Bathtub was creaky. Like maybe they did not support it when installed. I felt like I was going to fall through the floor.
- Though WiFi was “available,” we were never able to sign in. One bar only. Normally this would be no big deal, but cell service was terrible as well.
- In room phone did not work at all.
- Kids running up and down the halls at the crack of dawn.
- When checking out, the guy seemed bothered to provide a receipt.
I will never return to this place.
