Nice place but disgusting towels

Staff were very friendly. More of a concern with the towels and how dirty they were . See attach photo the just one of the towels. I decided not to take a shower and just wait till I got home since I was already checking out .

Overall it was a very good experience. One drawback for me, we were on the second floor with an ocean view. Unfortunately we saw the roof of the building in between us and the beach. Probably would have been better on the 3rd floor.

I always start with the positives: 1. My room was initially clean. 2. I had a great ocean view. 3. A convenience store and busstop were within one block. These areas weren't so good: 1. The wifi was intermittent and unreliable. 2. Several structural common areas need to be repainted. 3. The housekeeping situation was bizarre. I stayed for six nights and didn't need housekeeping every day. However, I did want my room refreshed and talked to the two different desk clerks. I was told three times that cleaning would happen, and it never did. The last clerk even promised a 10 percent credit on my bill because of the late cleaning. The credit never happened and was just a sham statement to get me out of the office. Obviously, I won't be staying here again

Not so clean

I got an ocean view room which i could see the ocean just over the motel that was in front of my room. Staff was nice & courtesy even allowed me to check out an extra hour later. My main issue with this place was that my room wasnt to clean. Sheets had old stains and were very dinghy. Floors were dirty. Ants were crawling around the microwave. Last time i was in Pacifica i utilized an Airbnb but this time i was more on a budget so i chose this place as it is budget friendly.

It’s nice if you appreciate being next to the ocean and or being able to walk through Pacifica. But upon arrival, my sink was backing up, and the Wi-Fi was terrible. Again, great place if you want to be near the ocean while staying in Pacifica, But that’s the best we can say.

Overall a decent property. However the room we stayed in is in need of repair. The floor planks move and had gaps in them. The bathroom had been touched up with paint that is not the same color. If you miss housekeeping while they are out they do not do additional rounds later in the day to see if rooms that were occupied in the morning need to be cleaned. The view makes up for some of these issues but overall I will probably go back to staying next door at the Fairfield Inn on my next visit.

No cold water

You get what you pay for. The shower has no cold water, its only temperature is scorching hot, couldn’t even shower without getting burned. Bathroom sink was backed up and smelled terrible. There was black hair all over in the shower and the bed was beyond used up. The view was great and check in was easy. That was about all that I can say.
