Design très agréable et disponibilité du personnel
Publié le 18 mai 2014 sur HotelsCet hôtel est aménagé avec un design très agréable (meubles en bois clair, formes arrondies, sièges originaux dans le hall etc.). La douche et le lit sont très confortables. Le personnel est au petit soin. La petite piscine est très jolie.

Terrible! This is not ACCOR GROUP quality!!!

First of all, i booked a non-smoking room but the corridor to the rooms on First Floor has cigarette smoke all the time. I noticed the corridor is sprayed with some air freshener by the housekeeping staff early in the morning (they must have noticed the smell) but it'll be the same a few hours later.
Let's talk about my room, as i mentioned it's a non-smoking room but the room has cigarette smell all the time from the aircond. I noticed the smell is lesser past midnight, perhaps everyone's sleeping so no smokers around.
I can't blame on the multiple stains on the bedsheets as it's quite common BUT there are many more issues!
1) The chiller is never cold at all, room temperature all the time!
2) The aircond temperature box keeps dropping even though i tried to fix it back!
3) Look at the terrible black stains on the hairdryer...how could you even allow such a thing in your room???
4) Look at the shampoo dispenser inside the bath area, there are terrible black stains around the dispenser box...how could you even allow such a thing in your room???
5) Look at the glass door handle (round hole) in the bath area, one ia clean but the other one has terrible black stains...how could you even allow such a thing in your room???
Helloooo...this is IBIS, owned by the world renowned ACCOR GROUP! You don't even bother about your brand!!! Worst than budget hotel!!!
