Wonderful Stay!

Perfect Padua
Posted May 13, 2024 on HomeAwayFederica's semi-detached home is a wonderful place to stay for touring the Padua area, including Venice. Federica is a warm and friendly host. The home is accurately depicted by the Vrbo site listing. I would definitely stay there again when visiting that area.

Posted Sep. 23, 2023 on HomeAwayWow - accommodation was like home from home. Everything you could need. Federica is lovely - very helpful and informative.
Accommodation is well placed to visit the Veneto/Emilia Romana areas. Not far from tram terminus to access Padova and the train station for Venice and other cities.
We would certainly recommend the accommodation to friends and family.

Perfect, Just Perfect - We Couldn't Ask for Better
Posted Oct. 11, 2018 on HomeAwayThree of us, husband, wife and adult daughter stayed here for 9 nights in September and totally enjoyed our stay. The place was immaculate, Federica is a delight, even Flora, her dog, was friendly. Federica is a very responsive owner, which greatly reduced our anxiety about arriving in Italy for the first time. In addition, this quiet neighborhood is in an agricultural area outside of town, so no hustle and bustle, which is what we prefer. Yet at the same time, it's close enough to the main roads that lead to the Autostrada, with its 130kM speed limit, so you can reach other cities and towns quite easily, which we did.
The house itself is well laid out and the beds are very comfortable. The pots and pans are good quality stainless steel, which we require for health reasons. The air conditioners worked perfectly too.
If you wish to visit Venice, the train will get you there quickly and you won't have to deal with finding a place to park there. Even the City of Padua itself has an interesting history and is worth exploring and enjoying.
Final words: If you plan on staying in other areas of Italy before or after coming here, this will be the standard by which you view the other locations. Federica does it RIGHT!

Comfortable and nice house close to the city

The house is very nice, comfortably furnished and equipped. The rooms are spacious, easily accommodating 4 people, or even 6 when using the living room sofa that converts into a double bed. The kitchen is well equipped with a burner, full oven, microwave, dishwasher, and the bathrooms include two showers and a washing machine. A large garden rounds up for a great time.
You won't miss anything, and if you ever have an issue, the helpful and nice owner will make sure it's solved as soon as possible.
Being there in the winter, we could enjoy the fireplace in the roomy and cozily furnished and basement room; in the summer, there would be a swimming pool available close by, looking forward to try that!

Freundliche Gastgeberin und tolle Wohnung
Posted Sep. 30, 2024 on HomeAwayDie wunderbare Gastgeberin Federica ist sehr freundlich und sorgfältig. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und wurde mit Herz und Liebe eingerichtet, so dass man sich genau wie zuhause füllt. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Super schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Posted Aug. 8, 2024 on HomeAwayWir fahren 4 Tage in diesem tollen Haus. Alles liebevoll und schön eingerichtet. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Perfekt zum Kochen. Schöne Abende auf der Terrasse. Betten bequem. Durch die Klimaanlage war es trotz schwüler und heißer Temperaturen draußen im Haus schön kühl. Perfekte Lage für Tagesausflügen. Den Pool haben wir aus Zeitgründen nicht genutzt. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Dankeschön ♥️

Tolles Quartier in ruhiger Umgebung
Posted Jul. 28, 2024 on HomeAwayBequeme Betten, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Ausflusgziele in der Umgebung (z. B. Venedig, Padua, Verona) sind gut zu erreichen.
Insgesamt unbedingt zu empfehlen!
