Immaculate Individual Contemporary House overlooking Trevone Bay

Luxurious, immaculate contemporary house with views over Trevone Bay. The house is conveniently situated for easy access to many facilities including a local farm shop as well as the local pub, beach, restaurant and shop. Well equipped stylish and practical accommodation to suit a variety of parties including families and friends. Sat TV, internet access, two separate balconies, patio with large terraced garden. For parties of mixed age groups there is a ground floor bedroom with en suite, for beach lovers there is a ground floor wet room and large utility conveniently situated by the back door, for foodies there is a good sized well equipped kitchen for nights in and many fine restaurants owned by some of the countries most renowned chefs within just a short drive. Just 10min walk to Trevone sandy and rocky beaches. Padstow 5 min drive. Trevose Golf course 10mins. Newquay airport 20 mins.

Lovely family holiday
We were a 3 generational group ( 7 adults, 3 toddlers and one baby) and the accomodation suited our needs very well. Sintra is a generously sized house with a large, safe garden that was perfect for the kids to play in and for general relaxation although there were only 4 hard-surface loungers provided and we had to supplement them with our own beach chairs. Some lightweight, comfortable sun loungers would have been welcome. Two charcoal burning BBQs are provided, the grills of both needed a good scrub before being ready for use and you'll need to provide the charcoal. We found we were using the dishwasher twice a day and soon ran through the few tablets provided. Take some with you is our advice - ditto toilet paper and large black plastic bin liners for the recycling and general waste. The entrance to the drive leading from the road is a little daunting at first, being quite narrow and lined on both sides with stone walls, but you soon get used to it - just treat it with caution. Overall it is a lovely home away from home in a beautiful location and we all enjoyed it immensely.

Sintra
Sintra is a fantastic property in a great location for Trevone and the surrounding beaches. Our only issue is that we found the foam mattresses very uncomfortable to sleep on, but that might say more about us than the property!

Great Family House
The house was spacious and well equipped. The bedrooms and balconies had gorgeous views. The living areas were perfect for a big family group. We were lucky with the weather and had a carefree beach holiday. We could have done with better more relevant instructions for tv/recycling etc but all in all it was a wonderful holiday.

Superb house in a great setting
I have nothing but praise for this house and also for Mark the owner. Communication was great and replies speedy. The house was brilliant in terms of layout and space for us as a large family. We had 9 adults and a 7 week old baby so spent most evenings there. It has everything you need and more. It's located 1.5 miles from Padstow and the roads are more accessible than when you get over by Treyarnon area, where we usually stay. The beach is a 10 mins walk down the hill. Walk it rather than drive as the car park is a rip off and there are so many reviews online of people getign tickets who have paid. We will def use this house again.

Fantastic stay
We were two families of 5 and the house was perfect for us, loads of space and the utility room was perfect for drying all the wetsuits etc. location was perfect for us, with so many local beaches all within short drives. Only issue we had was the tv not working but the owner sorted this by arranging for an engineer to come and fix it during our stay, but a few days without it wasn’t a hardship when there was so much else to do. Would definitely recommend and would come back again in the future. Thank you

Everything you could ever want in a holiday let.
We are five retired professional women who have for the last fifteen years holidayed for one week in the year, usually aboard. Sintra had everything we could ever want, central for exploring the Padstow area and its mant spectacular bays, a clean, well stocked kitchen for evening meals and great bedrooms to call out own for the week. You could not be disappointed to have this lovely house as your holiday let, we highly recommend it.

Sintra is located in a lovely bay and handy for the beach. It is a lovely house with everything necessary to accommodate a big group. I have visited Cornwall many times, and never visited this area, It is beautiful, the house is in a good location. As it’s a family house it would be nice for a child’s area in the garden. That is my only fault. I would highly recommended it. Thank you

Wonderful family holiday
As a family of 3 generations, we have stayed here many times before and this stunning property does not fail to impress every time. This year as Covid had kept the family apart it was an extra special holiday. The property has everything you could possibly need and enough space for us all to be together without feeling on top of one another. Daily trips to the wonderful Trevone Bay, literally a 10 minute stroll away, just added to the children’s joyful time. I cannot thank Mark, the owner, enough for his communication throughout the booking, especially at such a uncertain time. The reassurance of the extra attention to preparing the property for us put us all at ease. I would happily recommend this wonderful property to anyone and can’t wait to return.

Perfect Holiday Home
We stayed in this home with our grown up family and two grandchildren and found it to be very comfortable, spotlessly clean, spacious, lovely garden area, contained everything we could have possibly needed and within easy walking distance of a lovely beach which had beachside refreshments etc. Our bedroom had the most magnificent view across the bay which was an absolute dream to wake up to each morning and to watch the amazing sunset at night. We would highly recommend this holiday home, we loved it so much we are returning again next year ! The location is a short drive from Padstow and other ports of interest are not too far, Port Issac was only a 25 min drive and our favourite Mevagissey approx. 50 min drive. If you love Cornwall, this is the place to be !

Another wonderful family holiday
This was the second time we have visited Sintra and again we were not disappointed. This property has everything you need for a truly special holiday. The beach at Trevone Bay is one of the safest and cleanest beaches in the area. My own children and now my grandchildren have spent many hours in the rock pools and on the beautiful sandy beach. We are always sad to leave this wonderful house and wish we could stay longer. Very special memories of an amazing holiday. Thank you again for sharing your wonderful home.

Beautiful house in lovely location
We only left yesterday but my family are already asking when we can go back. This beautiful house is in an ideal location just a short walk from the wonderful soft sands of Trevone Bay and Padstow only a short five minute drive away, just perfect! We were a party of six adults and two very small children and the house was perfect for all our needs. Its large and very well equipped house with everything you may need for a relaxed and stress free holiday. A lovely touch of a bowl of fruit and wine greeted us on our arrival which was most welcome.The views from the main bedroom and second bedroom are quite simply stunning and if you are lucky enough to catch a sunset you won't be disappointed. We have been visiting the north of Cornwall for over twenty years and I am so pleased I have found this wonderful holiday home to rent. Thank you to the Luscombe family for making the holiday very special from the ease of booking to a wonderful week away with my family in a stunning house.

Beautiful house. The owner has thought of absolutely everything to make sure you enjoy your stay.
We have just returned for our wonderful holiday with our sons, daughter-in-laws and granddaughters and cannot thank the owner Mark enough for renting out his obviously much loved property. The attention to detail is second to none and the whole house has been decorated to an extremely high standard. The views from all the bedrooms are stunning so there were no arguments about who was sleeping where and one of our granddaughters (who is 4 years old) couldn't believe she had the choice of three beds in her room to sleep in and her very own bathroom! We were very lucky with the weather and spent every day on the beach which is a short distance from the house and can be walked, but there is also a car park for those not so inclined. As you can imagine we have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this property.

A beautiful house in a great location
Ten of us - six adults and four children - shared Sintra for a week during the half term school holidays and everyone of us loved it. The house is located in a very quiet but accessible area of Trevone being just a short walk to the beaches and five minute drive to Padstow. The owners have provided every possible amenity to ensure a comfortable stay and the views from the balconies are stunning. Sintra ticks all the boxes and our return visit is already in the planning phase!!
