Charming vacation home for boaters, fishermen, and hunters.

This charming two bedroom one bath home is located in the heart of historic Grand Rivers, KY. Stay here and you will be in the center of all the lakes area has to offer. This vacation home is within walking distance from both Kentucky and Barkley lakes. These lakes are famous for their bountiful fishing as well as recreation. There are public/free launch ramps available for you to enjoy time on the beautiful lakes. Bring your own boat or rent one at many of the near by marinas.

If you are a land lover come and enjoy nature at its finest at the beautiful Land Between the Lakes Recreation area (LBL). LBL is the perfect place to get your fix of hiking, biking, nature viewing or just enjoying a leisurely drive through this picturesque country side.

And don't forget dinning out. When staying here you will be next door to the famous Patti's 1880's Restaurant and Settlement. Enjoy a delicious meal and walk off dessert at one of the many shops located in the settlement.

Stay here and you wont want to leave.

This house has all the luxuries of home. It comes with a full size washer and dryer, and the kitchen features a full size electric stove, microwave and refrigerator. The cabinets are stocked with pots, pans, dinner wear, utensils and all the essentials to prepare a meal. The dining room has seating for six as well as a breakfast nook for smaller gatherings. The living room has a 55 inch flatscreen smart TV, wi-fi, comfortable couch, arm chair and side chair.

There is a queen bed in one bedroom and a full size bed in the other, both with new mattresses and spacious closets and dressers. The living room and dining room are beautifully decorated with a combination of traditional and modern pieces that give it a cozy and inviting feel with new carpet throughout.

Enjoy the outdoors and some privacy while sitting on the back patio. A patio table, four chairs, and sunbrella are included or choose to sit on the front porch swing and say hello to passers by. This property also features a covered carport, paved driveway and a large yard.

Very nice people to work with. House was very clean and had everything you would need. Property was close to a number of things to do yet at the same time it where the house was located it was so peaceful. Property was very clean and comfortable - seemed like home away from home. Much more enjoyable than staying at a motel. All amenities needed were provided and many thoughtful ones added. Property was close enough to "town" that we were able to walk to most functions without having to bother with finding suitable parking.

We loved our stay at this cute little house. Truly your home away from home. Comfortable beds, nice furnishings. Nice little touches like a basket of blankets to snuggle in while watching tv on the nights it got cold. The owners have really tried to anticipate things you might need. When I book house it had listed that it had a hot tub. When I contacted owner they said the did and it was a mistake on listing. The layout of kitchen is bad can not open dryer door very much because frig is in the way. The frig sounds like it is about to die. The microwave is straight out of the 70s. The King bed only had 3 slates under it and it kill our backs. Went to take a hot bath and there was not enough hot water to fill tub. The house is quite and it is within walking distance to Patty's. Just a little disappointed in the house in general. Text owners they said they were sorry and that's all I hear from them. They did change listing to where a hot tub is not listed.

This residence was absolutely perfect for a week long fishing trip. Plenty of space for boat parking and even a carport to keep you from having to cover your boat every night. Owners are super friendly and more than willing to help with anything that they can. Multiple TV’s, wifi, hookup for boat charger, and plenty of deer roaming in the back yard in the evenings if you’re into that. Close to multiple restaurants, multiple boat ramps, etc.

Sweet Old fashioned White Cottage with serene park like experience
We enjoyed eating dinner out on the back deck with the local wildlife. The back yard is like a state park; beautifully kept with wild animals constantly in site throughout the mornings and evenings. The covered front porch also has wicker chairs and swing that are delightful with a good book or cup of tea/coffee.

A wonderful vacation
This is our second stay here at the cottage. The first thing you notice is that it clean from top to bottom. It have everything you need wi-fi tv.and and a complete kitchen. Laundry. Grill patio. Table, chairs.And a great swing on front porch. It in the center of everything Patties they have everything dining, best dessert pies.ice cream,my granddaughter had a birthday they gave her a cake and sang Happy birthday. boating, fishing lots of shopping .and our cottage was in walking distance. Lovely and homey
This adorable cottage was the perfect home base for my daughter and I this last long weekend. Downtown was a short walk away and the Land Between the Lakes a short drive away. The house is super clean and has everything you need with a well stocked kitchen and roomy bedrooms. The back deck overlooks a beautiful green space where we watched deer, a family of foxes and hummingbirds come and go. The hosts were super helpful and gave me some suggestions for places to go before we even checked in. Then called our second day there to make sure everything was going well! Would definitely recommend this wonderful place to anyone visiting the area!

We were two ladies in our 60's, in the area for a quilt show. The house was totally comfortable, charming, clean and well appointed. The surprise was Grand Rivers, a remarkable destination in itself. Our hosts were attentive and helpful. I will recommend this house to my friends. We had a great stay.
