The room was clean and adequate. There was no breakfast as advertised. When the desk attendant was asked his reply was "the one who sets it out called in sick, it was a freak of nature - therefore there is no compensation." It seems to me the hotel is understaffed.

Nice clean room, appeared to be recently updated. Air freshener smell in hallways was a little too much.

It was a good neighborhood to stay in. Out of the city but close enough if you wanted entertainment or food it was within 10 min. The facility itself need a paint job, my shower had black mold in the caulking of the tub and we waited a while for spoke to come to the front desk at 3:45 to check us in.
