The staff were excellent and kind. Very accommodating! The room as a little dated, the a/c in the bedroom made a loud noise. The ONLY reason I booked this hotel and paid the higher price because I thought we would have a suite on the river. We had a suite viewing a parking lot. Read expedias fine print carefully. You think you book a river view, but you don’t get it. The hotel was out of our way and we didn’t get what we wanted. Disappointed.
