We used the bathrooms off the lobby when we got there. No toilet paper or paper towels in the men's restroom; no paper towels in the women's. We told the man at the front desk but he didn't seem concerned. We had two rooms reserved and he had to "go check" on the rooms. It smelled like someone had been smoking in our room and the bathroom smelled like urine. There was no shampoo or body wash (only conditioner) and the bottles were supposed to be on the wall of the shower, but the slots didn't even have an empty bottle in them. The Kleenex box was also empty - not even a box in the dispenser. We were told to use the side door to enter/exit and you were supposed to have to use your room key to enter but the door lock was broken so any one could enter. The ice machine beside the door was not working. This hotel looks used and abused. I would never stay here again.

Our review of Mustang Inn - Paducah KY

Very disappointing...our expectations weren't super high for $88 but the room smelled (like funky carpet stink), there was a rattle/noise all night from the bathroom, the microwave didn't work (we tried everything), the shampoo was out in the shower but I didn't realize until I was already in it and all wet, and I didn't have any with me anyway bc I assumed the hotel would have soap, shampoo and conditioner, and the ice machine on our floor wasn't working so I went to 1st floor, and that one wasn't working either. Seems ridiculous to me to not get it repaired and have ice available for your guests. Just a lot of disappointments for what once was a Drury Hotel and was nice as the Peartree Hotel. Also, the staff seemed annoyed when I went to them about the ice machine and microwave and asked if they offered breakfast in the mornings. The bed was pretty comfortable but I would definitely pay a little more and go stay at the Auburn Inn down the road...we've stayed there in the past and had a lovely experience for about $10 more.

Manager and night staff are great . Just need to educate the day guy . He’s very rude . The rooms could be cleaner
