1. Passing Cars: The bungalow is located near a road where passing cars can be heard. While efforts have been made to minimize noise, please be aware that there may be occasional sounds during the day from the road.

2. Swimming Opportunities: While the water in front of the bungalow is shallow and may appear murky, a short kayak paddle of approximately five minutes will take you to the Banc de Sable. This pristine sandy area offers clear and inviting waters, perfect for swimming and snorkeling.

3. Fishing Access: Fishing enthusiasts will have the opportunity to cast their lines in front of the bungalow. However, please note that the water in this area is murky and may not be ideal for swimming.

4. Parking: We provide free parking on the premises, but please note that it is not covered. Our parking area is secure and conveniently located near the bungalow for easy access.

Gorgeous sunsets with Moorea on the horizon
Very nice and comfortable island style bungalow with a perfectly located beachfront deck. Large outside shaded deck with furniture for outside relaxing. Hinatea was very accommodating and did everything to make our stay comfortable.

Very pleased with our stay
We were very pleased with the location, the fishing and kayaking provided. as well as the hospitality we received. Being right on the shore was very special, we seen Rays, Barracuda, and a Black Tip Shark, as well as many tropical fish. If we go back to Tahiti we will seek out this stay. Many Thanks to our hosts!

Location, makes it or breaks it!
My husband and I just spent 9 days here and this was our experience: First the pros: - Gorgeous seaside location with incredible sunsets - Being able to go for a paddle any time in the provided kayaks is a major bonus - Nice overall setting with well kept yard, outdoor shower and nice deck for eating Al Fresco - Clean and cozy bungalow vibe - Kind and attentive host The Cons: - It is an open-air design - there’s a roof gap allowing the wind to blow thru (there’s no AC). That also allows for bugs and harmless geckos to visit the inside of the bungalow all night long. - Another unwelcome visit was the barking from the nextdoor neighbors’ group of small dogs, which would happen not only during the day, but intermittently throughout all hours of the night. Being jolted awake at night by screeching dogs mere feet away was most unwelcome indeed. Those same dogs visited our yard to poop several times while we were gone (watch your bare feet!). - The sound of the traffic (starting at 3AM commuters) was intense at times, especially early a.m. The traffic in and around Papeete and Pa’ae is insane - exercise extreme caution accessing this location as the road is literally on the other side of the wall bordering the back of the property. Although we certainly made some very enduring memories here, unfortunately our overall experience was overshadowed by the detractions mentioned - which did not provide us the level of relative quiet relaxation we were hoping for.
