Good Stay
Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house and neighborhood is beautiful but the cell service is horrible. The WiFi never worked the whole weekend. I never received information on how to enter the property and had to call the management company to get in. The pictures from the posting are old and there aren’t any bunk beds. The two kids room have a queen bed and twin bed only. The house has a great game and movie room That kept the kids entertained.

Beautiful Scenery, Good For Groups, But Lacking A Few Things
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house fit our group of 12 nicely. It offered a lot of places to sit and hang out comfortably. Note, the house is showing a lot of wear and tear in person that you don’t see on the pictures. For example, kitchen cabinets are broken, not all the burners on the stove work, the shower heads are terrible. Little things like light bulbs being out in multiple places (the replacement cabinet not stocked), & only 1 small worn-out hot pad in the kitchen did not ruin our stay by any means, but it shows a lack of oversight & attention to detail. The coffee pot was broken and the propane for the grill went out our first day, but the property manager came to our rescue on both accounts. Overall I would recommend this place, but it definitely needs some maintenance or it’s just going to go down hill fast. I put 3 stars for cleanliness, because sheets and towels were all clean, but the upstairs shower had a lot of noticeable hair in the drain & dirty tiles, the kitchen tv above the fridge and refrigerator are completely caked with grease & dirt. If you’re short you probably can’t tell, but tall people can notice it. Overall, we would stay here again if there wasn’t anything else for our large group. If they work on these maintenance and cleaning issues I’d return in a heart beat. location of the home is perfect, the deck lovely, & we enjoyed the surrounding nature. I want to 10000% love this place, but I only did 80%. If these issues don’t bother you, give it a go, you’ll love it!

Great time had by all.
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThere were 10 of us and everybody loved the stay. Communicating with Jack was easier thru his cell phone and his quick responses were very much appreciated.
The house was perfect for our family, the kids were entertained with the pool table, shuffle board and movie theater. We saw lots of wildlife including a bear, deer, elk, osprey and lots of birds. Pagosa is a fun little town and the area has lots of activities. Overall a fun stay!

Double Booked House

Needs Routine Maintenance
Publié le 22 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayVery spacious and accommodating for large groups. Great location for skiing wolf creek or exploring pagosa springs. Pool table and shuffle board were hits. Hot tub was clean and relaxing after long day of skiing. However, property needs a good cleaning. Food in couch cushions, theater room and trash under beds. Extremely dusty, kitchen facet lose and microwave vent needs repair, difficult to cook on stovetop with vent popping out while trying to cook. Dishwasher not bolted in causing it to tip out. WiFi connectivity was very poor. Not sure if location issue or hardware.
