Cute, clean studio in a convenient location
Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a perfect home base for exploring Pagosa Springs and southwest Colorado. The space was exactly what my husband and I needed for a two night stay. The view is breathtaking, and i loved seeing the deer hanging out around the property.

Excellent Location problematic bed
Publié le 18 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is perfect for visiting Pagosa Springs. We loved the location and the amenities. The single downside is a critical miss. The queen bed sagged like a taco. Sleep was constantly interrupted by trying to reposition. The bed and box springs caused us to slide to the center. I am 6’ 185 lbs and my spouse is 5’6” 145lbs (average size). I would book this again if the bed is upgraded to a stable flat surface.

Thank you so much for your review. I'm horrified that you had a problem with the bed, and wish you had contacted me immediately, so we could address the problem for you! Apparently there was an issue with the slats shifting under the mattress. We have added additional slats so this won't happen again! We get lots of comments about how comfortable our beds are, and hate that you didn't have a good experience. We are glad to hear that you will give us another chance-thank you!

Will stay here again
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayCozy Downtown Getaway is exactly as described. The space is clean and comfortable and it's nice to have a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with supplies handy. The walk to downtown Pagosa Springs and the hot springs resort was short and easy. We'll stay here again.

A great quaint spot
Publié le 1 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall we loved our short stay and this cute little place. Very close to downtown. Only issue we ran into is the bed seemed to have been broken or something. Otherwise everything was great.

Michael, thanks so much for your review. I just wish you had contacted me directly to let me know there was an issue with the bed.. l would have had someone fix it immediately! We truly want our guests to have a perfect stay!

The cozy room had everything we needed and it was perfectly situated within town. Great views of the mountains and city and exceptional privacy!

Perfect get-away
