Great home
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything was great, except the kitchen was dirty. We had to wash every single thing we used before we felt safe to eat off of it. Other than that, it was a great place. Master bed was fantastic!

Suzy, we are glad you enjoyed the home! I wish you had mentioned the issue with the dishes as we would have had housekeeping come and take care of that. You hadn't mentioned anything to us during your stay, so we didn't know until this review. For future guests, we want to address any issues during our guest stays as quickly as possible but if we don't know, we can't address. We appreciate that everything else about the home and your stay was great!

Family vacation
Publié le 8 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis property is the perfect place to have a family vacation. Enough room for all 7 people to have their own bed. The house was clean and a little warm with no AC but as the sun started going down and opening the widows at night and closing the windows in the morning it stays nice all day. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing get away

When we make it out to Pagosa Springs again this will be the first place we look at. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do and a gorgeous drive to Durango. 100% recommend staying here.

We played games we got in the hot tub watch TV sat outside just wonderful. Pagosa Springs has a lot to offer. We went to the Hot Springs. We went on two different hiking trails. We went up to sportsman camp. We ate at Rosies pizzeria. It was delicious. Walmart was very close when we needed groceries. All of the stores in Pagosa were very nice. When we come back that way, we will definitely stay again. Thank you so much.

Host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay, and responded immediately when we had questions. Check in / check out was also very easy. Highly recommend!

The place is very nice, but..
Publié le 24 janv. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe place is great, however the driveway was a solid block of ice and is not maintained. 3 of our gust slipped just trying to get from their vehicle to the house. One was unable to ski the next day.

Glad you enjoyed the home, the driveway is always maintained(plowed once the snow reaches 4 inches) but the issue is when ice builds up it is next to impossible to remove it on a gravel driveway. That's why we recommend 4WD vehilcles. Terribly sorry to hear about people slipping but it is an unfortunate reality being in a mountain town.
