Pagosa Springs Delight
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayAll of the family thought the house a perfect location and excellent accommodations for us to enjoy the quiet and beauty of the mountain views as well as provide access by car to Pagosa Springs for river and hot springs entertainment or to go out to eat. The house has a warm, lived-in and loved feel, has absolutely everything needed for making meals for plenty, Ping-Pong tournaments, quiet places to read or enjoy the view, playing games together, watching TV, or sitting around conversation centers. We loved it!

No hot tub on property

Cons
The hot tub was a 15 minute DRIVE and the website shows it is $18 to get in to the rec center with limited hours. This property should not be listing a hot tub as a property amenity!
There were 3 propane tanks for the outside heater and they were all empty so we weren't able to use it.
We found extremely dirty pots and dishes upon arrival when trying to cook our first meal. We wound up washing everything before using it because we were grossed out.
Pros
Large bedrooms and lots of space
Well furnished house/kitchen
Local owner responded quickly-able to give recommendations for sledding areas nearby but just apologized about the hot tub and dirty dishes.

Family meeting from all over the country
Publié le 2 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a range from 8-71. Everyone had their own space in the bedrooms and there were plenty of showers and bathrooms. Ended up cooking most nights and the kitchen was well appointed. Having the garage to store skis and gear made it easy to dry boots. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck in the afternoons

Great Stay
Publié le 21 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house was very roomy for a family of 12 and well stocked. Nice fenced yard so no worries of the children running into the street.
Available washer & dryer very accommodating for our gloves & snowsuits after a day of sledding.
Each room was set up with additional heating so everyone was comfortable.
Definitely would book this location again.

Great Home for Family and Friends
Publié le 2 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe rented this home for Thanksgiving. There were only 6 of us but we needed 4 of the bedrooms. Great location in a nice neighborhood, Wonderful yard for the pups. Lots of seating for conversation, games and TV watching. The unexpected foot of snow on our last full day was beautiful.

Hatcher Lake Property
Publié le 8 août 2022 sur HomeAwayHouse is well located for access to Hatcher Lake. We kayaked every day. Spacious and nice deck to enjoy the mornings and evenings.
